Shipping and Return Policy

We operate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We are closed on saturdays and sundays and all major U.S holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm or threw the weekend will not be started until the following monday/ and or regular buisness day.
We ship via USPS. Monday-Friday. Please Allow 7-10 buisness days to ship. (NOT including weekends or holidays) *Please allow 3-4 weeks shipping time at most during our high volume times of year, because it may take a little longer to process. *Closed buisness days do NOT count towards time. NO Cancelations after 24 hours. Rush orders Can NOT be canceled!
Standard shipping- is via USPS A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped and with delivery conformation once delivered.
Priority Shipping- When you choose priority shipping at checkout, this upgrades the shipping from USPS First CLass to USPS Priority. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE PRODUCTION TIME FOR YOUR ORDER!
If you have made a payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
If you have not recieved a tracking number after 3 days, or have not been emailed about a delay, please be sure to check your junk/spam mail if it is not in there then please email us through facebook or at sassybulltribe@gmail.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.
Once you have recieved a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns reguarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com or (800)275-8777.
If a shipment is showing as delivered with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that isa delivery issue. Delivery issues(including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.

Return policy- At this time we do NOT offer a return policy, reason being is because all orders are made to order (some things may be made an exception if you have emailed me and we have discussed it.)
